An air collision of a small plane with a helicopter close to the ski slope of Zell am See in Saltsburg, Austria caused the life of eight people. What caused the accident is still unclear according to the local authorities which confirmed the death of the eight people.
The ruins were scattered in 20 meters distance in an area full of woods. As Reuters News Agency reported the accident occurred on excellent weather conditions.
The transport helicopter was heading to a local power station to deliver equipment. All its seven passengers are dead.
Dead is also the pilot of the small plane as the Red Cross stated on the Austrian News Agency while it mentioned that it is not still clear if the plane was carrying any passengers.
