On December 20 Iberia`s Systems Division was awarded ISO 9001:2000 quality certification from Spain`s official standards bureau AENOR. The certification covers installations and maintenance, support and infrastructure, and architecture and network servers all of them pertaining to the airlines production subdivision.
This latest award completes the quality certification of the Systems Division, which has already received ISO certificates for information systems, sales of IT services, and IT purchasing.
The Division`s quality systems ensure excellence in services and greater satisfaction of clients` expectations, in keeping with the Spanish airline`s priority objective of improving quality across the board.
