With the advent of a new year and following the launch of its re-branded global business travel management brand FCm Travel Solutions, Flight Centre Limited Corporate Division announces the following new appointments:
Andrew Best has been appointed National Account Manager for FCm Travel Solutions in Sydney, responsible for account management strategies and implementation processes for new business. Mr Best has worked for Flight Centre Limited Corporate Division for four years, starting with the ITG business formerly trading as TQ3 Travel Solutions* as Commercial Manager for NSW and then Account Director NSW. Previously, he worked with American Airlines and Ansett Airlines.
Ric Pattaro has been appointed Account Director NSW for FCm Travel Solutions, replacing Andrew Best who has moved into the role of National Account Manager. Mr Pattaro brings extensive operations experience to the role and will retain responsibility for E3 fulfilment which is a growing business component. He has worked in the travel industry for many years, starting in 1999 with ITG and then Flight Centre Limited when it acquired the business about two years ago. This is a really exciting time to be part of Flight Centre Limited, with the re-branding to FCm Travel Solutions and global growth imminent, he said. Tim Ekiabi has been appointed Operations Manager Relationship Marketing at the Flight Centre Limited Corporate Division events management brand, CiEvents. Mr Ekiabi will manage the operations of CiEvents Relationship Marketing Division, CiLoyalty. His expertise is in building the various systems and processes that ensure efficient and reliable operations of CiLoyalty`s client relationship marketing programs. Mr Ekiabi has in-depth experience in Implementing marketing strategies. Previously, he was the manager of marketing services at Inmark, a company that specialises in conferences and customer loyalty program.
Rhonda McSweeny has been appointed to the newly created position of General Manager of Sales for Flight Centre Limited Corporate Division. Ms McSweeny has extensive Flight Centre and business development experience and will initially work closely with sales and operations leaders and marketers to enhance the sales approach to the newly created brand FCm Travel Solutions.
