Additional aid material will be shipped on regular Iberia flights to Guatemala the aid flight is possible thanks to cooperation between Iberia, its employees` relief organisation Mano a Mano (Hand to Hand), the Guatemalan embassy in Madrid, and a large number of companies, institutions, and private individuals.

Private companies, association, public agencies, and individuals have contributed to this effort. Spain`s airport and air traffic control agency AENA announced today that it is waiving all fees for the special flight. Other contributors include CEPSA, Repsol, CLH, CAFARES, the Rotary Club, Laborotios Alter, Coca Cola Foundation, Legalitas, Farmamundi, the Madrid Hoteliers Association, and Dinotec Sama S.L, along with numerous private individuals. Guatemalan authorities have also waived all charges and fees for this flight, and the flight crew is made up of volunteers.
