Poland Convention Bureau (PCB) organized another road show – “Polska. Move your imagination”. This time PCB and it’s partners had a chance to present polish meeting destinations to French industry professionals.
Meeting was held during MEEDEX International business fair in Paris. Apart from Poland Convention Bureau and Gdansk Convention Bureau also Warsaw Convention Bureau, ICE Krakow and Polish DMCs (Destination Management Company) like INTERCRAC and DMC Poland took part in the road show. The meeting was organized in one of the most unique venues in Paris – famous Carrousel de Louvre.

About 100 guests interested in organizing events in Poland took part in the meeting which was a great success. Many of them were keen in Gdansk&Region – until the road show their first thought about Gdansk was Solidarity and Lech Walesa. They surprised with very good accessibility of the destination and variety of hotels and conference facilities offer. French guests were especially interested in GCBeVENT app – Gdansk conference & event app. After the meeting they had many questions about how the app works and when it can be used.
In the end of the meeting traditional lottery was organized with gifts from Poland Convention Bureau and it’s partners. Souvenirs from Gdansk Convention Bureau – Goldwasser and “Gdansk according to Lech Walesa” book was given to representative of HelmBriscoe (event organizer).
It was the third road show organized by Poland Convention Bureau this year. Gdansk Convention Bureau also took part in.
