JetSuiteX flights are now available to travel agents to book via global distribution services (GDS) including Amadeus, Sabre and Travelport under JetBlue’s B6 code as the marketing carrier.

DALLAS – JetSuiteX, the semi-private air carrier launched in 2016 as the sister service of ten-year-old JetSuite, Inc., continues to grow its acclaimed air travel experience with the expansion of service out of Orange County (SNA) and return of ski-season flights to Mammoth Lakes (MMH). Additionally, through enhancements to its codeshare partnership with JetBlue, JetSuiteX flights are now available to travel agents to book via global distribution services (GDS) including Amadeus, Sabre and Travelport under JetBlue's B6 code as the marketing carrier. Consumers can book JetSuiteX flights directly via online travel agency (OTA) channels, such as Expedia and Priceline, and through metasearch engines, including Kayak and Google Flights.

This week, recognizing its revolutionary approach to the improving the passenger experience, APEX (Airline Passenger Experience Association) awarded JetSuiteX the coveted Five-Star Major Regional Airline award in the Official Airline Ratings, the first airline rating program based solely on certified passenger feedback. These ratings place JetSuiteX in the top nine-percent of airlines worldwide for its ability to please its customers.

"Our continued growth and expansion as well as the honor of being recognized as a Five-Star Airline by APEX is testament to our customer focus and to the passionate dedication of our world-class team," said Alex Wilcox, Co-founder and CEO, JetSuiteX. "With 250-percent year-over-year growth and the highest Net Promoter Scores in the industry, we are thrilled that our innovative air travel experience is gaining traction and winning over new customers every day."

Expanded Route Network, Return of Ski Season Service to Mammoth Lakes
Following the successful launch of JetSuiteX service from Orange County (SNA) to Las Vegas (LAS) in June of this year, the company has announced the addition of regular service to Oakland (OAK) beginning December 3, with one roundtrip flight daily from Sunday through Friday.

Just in time for ski season, JetSuiteX will also launch seasonal service to Mammoth Lakes from both Burbank and Orange County on December 20 and continue through April 7. Service will commence with four round trip flights per week on Thursday, Friday, Sunday and Monday.

Additional route enhancements will include:

  • Increased service between Oakland and Las Vegas (LAS) and Burbank, with three daily roundtrips Sunday to Friday beginning December 2.
  • Increased service between Orange County and Las Vegas, with four daily flights on Thursday, Friday, Sunday and Monday beginning December 20.
  • Enhanced Codeshare Partnership

Through enhancements to its codeshare partnership with JetBlue, JetSuiteX flights are now available to travel agents to book via global distribution services (GDS) including Amadeus, Sabre and Travelport under JetBlue's B6 code as the marketing carrier. Consumers can book JetSuiteX flights directly via online travel agency (OTA) channels, such as Expedia and Priceline, and through metasearch engines, including Kayak and Google Flights.  Corporate travellers and planners can also book JetSuiteX seats under JetBlue's B6 code via the various online booking tools including; Concur, GetThere and Deem.

These enhancements have added to the codeshare partnership that JetBlue and JetSuiteX launched in May 2018, which was the first codeshare partnership between a semi-private public charter operator and a major national carrier and made JetSuiteX-operated flights available to book through JetBlue.com.

Five-Star APEX Passenger Satisfaction Award and Net Promoter Score
On Monday, September 24, JetSuiteX was named a Five-Star Airline among major regional airlines by the Official Airline Ratings, the first airline rating program based solely on certified passenger feedback. The awards are given by APEX (the Airline Passenger Experience Association), the only non-profit membership trade association dedicated to improving the entire airline passenger experience. Less than nine percent of nearly 500 airlines worldwide received the Five-Star rating. The awards recognize excellence in seat comfort, cabin service, food and beverage, entertainment and Wi-Fi.

In addition, JetSuiteX this week announced the highest net promoter score (NPS) in the industry of 88. NPS, which is a common measurement for customer satisfaction in the airline industry and beyond, measures the willingness of customers to recommend a company's products or services to others. It is used as a proxy for gauging the customer's overall satisfaction with a company's product or service and the customer's loyalty to the brand.
