Lakeland Africa introduces weekend tours in Tanzania by using overland trucks

From January 2013, Lakeland Africa has launched Weekend Tours to Mikumi National Park, Selous game reserve, Pangani, Saadani National park, Lushoto, Kilwa and Bagamoyo.

Lakeland Africa prides itself as the first local Tanzanian company to have overland trucks and therefore to become the first overland budget Safaris Company aimed specifically for travelling to different cultural and historical destinations as well as wildlife attractions in Tanzania.

From January 2013, Lakeland Africa has launched Weekend Tours to Mikumi National Park, Selous game reserve, Pangani, Saadani National park, Lushoto, Kilwa and Bagamoyo. These trips are available each Saturday throughout 2013 where you will learn about African wildlife, history, Tanzanian culture and life style.

In addition to that, Lakeland Africa has long distance trips to various attractions in Tanzania. “You can always plan and book these trips as a corporate getaway/holiday, family holiday, friends’ getaway/travel and private adventure” says Silva Muniko, the Director of Lakeland Africa.

Group budget Travels offer many advantages to the user; it’s a budget plan that allows a traveler to spend less but see more, teaches group dynamics and team building as a result of travelling together. It also teaches patience and tolerance, two of the highly desirable human traits.

Furthermore, it brings multicultural awareness when a traveler joins a trip that is already with other tourists from different countries and tribes.
