On January 2nd 2017, Monique Trapasso joined the team of the Maastricht Convention Bureau, as Business Development Manager Conventions. The Maastricht Convention Bureau is a foundation which promotes the Maastricht region as a destination for conventions.
Monique Trapasso is looking forward to her new job: “I see it as a real challenge to put the Maastricht Region internationally even more on the map than it already is now. Maastricht has a lot of potential for both national and international conferences. Together with my colleagues and in cooperation with the partners of the Maastricht Convention Bureau and important parties such as MECC Maastricht, Brightlands and the Maastricht municipality, we will certainly be able to reach this goal. I am looking forward to help the Maastricht Region grow economically as well as the development of medical knowledge."
With its products, services and expertise for many years, the Maastricht Convention Bureau is the intermediary to promote convention and meeting visits to Maastricht and surroundings.
