SunExpress Airlines enables authoring and smart content with Comply365 platform

Comply365’s proAuthor to provide automated workflows, reusable content, and standards tracking.

BELOIT, WI – Aviation software company Comply365 announced its newest customer, SunExpress will soon leverage a more efficient and streamlined process to create and deliver smart content to its frontline crews.

sSunExpress, a leisure carrier based in Antalya, Turkey, recently selected ProAuthor, Comply365’s end-to-end operational content and compliance management system that enables faster, more routine manual revisions, and enables airlines to always be audit-ready.

While SunExpress has already been digitally delivering operational content to its pilots and flight attendants, the airline needed a better way to manage the authoring and distribution process.

By getting smart content right at their fingertips, SunExpress frontline crew members will have access to the appropriate information they need based on their role, location, or other attributes, providing a more personalized and relevant experience that’s unattainable with PDF documentation or less-capable HTML solutions.

Comply365’s mobile app will automate compliance tracking for the 3,500 users at SunExpress and equip frontline employees with electronic forms to send data to the operations staff, to enable data-driven decisions.

SunExpress is a joint venture of Turkish Airlines and Lufthansa that operates scheduled and chartered passenger flights to 90 destinations in 30 countries. It operates a fleet of more than 50 Boeing 737-800/-8 aircraft.

"We warmly welcome SunExpress as the first Turkish airline in the Comply365 community, and we look forward to a strong partnership together," Comply365 CEO Tom Samuel said. "While SunExpress already has seen success with digital delivery of operational content, the flexibility of our solutions provides value to airlines in every stage of the digital transformation journey – providing them the ability to further improve the efficiency, safety, and compliance of their operations."
