The Lensbury, a four star venue located on the banks of the River Thames, is benefiting from continued investment as it improves facilities to meet client needs. And visitors to The Meetings Show UK are being invited to find out more at Stand G17.
In line with client feedback, the Teddington venue’s conference centre has been refurbished, executive bedrooms have been added and most recently its main function room – The Thames View Suite – has undergone a £1.2 million transformation.
The Thames View Suite is seen as the “jewel in The Lensbury crown” with ample space for meetings, private parties and functions of all kinds. The soft, tasteful decor and contemporary styling give the space a light and airy feel, which is enhanced by floor to ceiling windows opening onto a sun-deck and giving access to the newly landscaped pond and gardens beyond.
Work is also being undertaken to enhance The Lensbury’s grounds, including a new rugby pitch ready for the autumn season and Rugby World Cup in 2015. There are also plans to extend the health and fitness centre to include an outside swimming pool and to build a new members club room.

We can also cater for private dining and parties thanks to our team of experienced chefs and hospitality staff. We even have an in-house florist who can decorate a room and enhance any occasion with her amazing floral arrangements.”

The meeting and conference facilities at The Lensbury includes 31 meeting rooms which can cater for between two and 250 people. Its spaces benefit from excellent natural daylight and the latest audio visual equipment with free Wi-Fi as standard and modern, contemporary decor. The venue also has a team of on-site technicians to assist meeting and conference organisers with their AV requirements.
