Look To Book is the patented travel consultant loyalty program which allows individual agents to automatically accumulate award points online for every U.S. dollar booked through the Central Reservation System (CRS) at Radisson, Country Inns & Suites By Carlson, as well as Park Inns and Park Plazas in North America. Look To Book points are redeemable through an annual catalog full of hi-tech electronics, sporting goods, housewares, clothing and vacations.
Look To Book has more than 250,000 travel consultant members around the world and has long been the most recognized travel agent loyalty program in the industry since its inception in 1992. Thrifty is proud to be affiliated with an established and respected name such as Look To Book, said Scarlete Pelfrey, director of travel industry sales for Thrifty.
We are continually looking for additional earning opportunities for our travel agent partners, explained Mary Zack, Director of Look To Book. Adding Thrifty Car Rental to our program provides wonderful new awards for Look To Book agents as they provide yet another vital service to their customers.
To enroll in Look To Book, travel agents only need to make a hotel reservation with either Radisson Hotels & Resorts, Country Inns & Suites By Carlson, Park Plaza or Park Inn hotels and enter RD and their first initial and last name into the SI field of their GDS system.
Agents who are already earning Look To Book points will automatically start earning additional points with every Thrifty rental made through a GDS system. Agents only need to enter ZT and the first initial and last name in the SI (supplemental information) field (example: /SI-ZT-LSMITH).
When booking a transaction through a GDS, Look To Book points are updated automatically to let the agent know how many total points they have earned, including hotel points and points earned by booking Thrifty.
Periodic point statements are mailed to members along with an informational newsletter full of new promotions and offers.
