XOJET expands its network of retail offices to serve a burgeoning customer base

XOJETvate-jet travel has opened an office in Palm Beach, its most popular airport in Florida. XOJET has seen an 18% increase in Southeast Florida traffic.

SAN FRANCISCO – XOJET is expanding its network of retail offices to better serve its burgeoning customer base and the rapid growth of its charter-brokerage business. The leader in on-demand private-jet travel, which last month announced a suite of new membership programs, XOJET Access Solutions is further strengthening its presence in key regions, with the opening of an office at Palm Beach International Airport to be closer to clients in Florida, where the firm saw an 18% increase in Southeast Florida flights in 2016 over 2015. Last year XOJET's top five most frequented airport cities in the southeast region of the U.S. were in Florida, which has experienced a growing concentration of wealth.

"Given that Palm Beach ranks number three among the top-five most traveled destinations in our network and is our most frequented airport in Florida as well as in all of our southeast-U.S. region, it made sense for us to open a retail office here to provide 24/7 personalized service, guidance and support to our clients," said Gregg Slow, executive vice president, sales and client services, for XOJET. XOJET Palm Beach will also help serve the firm's New York City and Northeast clients, many of whom have homes and business interests in Florida.

"With XOJET Access Solutions and now over 40 aviation advisors working out of five offices, namely New York City, Newport Beach, San Francisco, Sacramento and now Palm Beach, we can further extend the reach of our advise and serve business model to sophisticated private aviation consumers" noted Slow. "XOJET's geographic expansion is the next step in our continued evolution as a retail enterprise and the leading provider of aviation solutions for today's modern flyers," added Slow, who has 17 years of experience in private aviation.

Throughout the last four years XOJET has been continuously investing in the development of a robust retail enterprise to provide bespoke advice and service. The firm grew its preferred partner network to 1,200 approved aircraft, adding more light, mid-size and large-cabin aircraft to its super mid-size fleet, and, for the first time, started offering guaranteed hourly rates on light, mid-size and super mid-size jets. XOJET will also be adding new brand partnerships to provide XOJET Access Solutions members with incremental benefits and unique access to some of the world's most distinguished resorts, properties, brands and services. The firm is also developing new digital tools and a mobile app for clients.

Of the 200,000 flights XOJET has completed over the past decade, fifty percent occurred in the last four years, indicating a sharp rise in private-jet transport and the popularity of on-demand travel.  In addition, the firm recently experienced a record forty percent growth in program sales and a forty-eight percent spike in charter-brokerage business.  XOJET now services 7,000+ clients worldwide.
