XOJET Access Solutions represents a 4-year investment, a new commitment to high-use flyers, and, for the first time, fixed-rates on light and mid-size jets from the leader in on-demand private jet travel.
SAN FRANCISCO – XOJET, the leader in on-demand private jet travel, signals a new era in private aviation with a new suite of membership programs as the trusted advisor and leading provider of aviation solutions for today's modern flyers. Called XOJET Access Solutions, the new membership program also represents a four-year investment, a new commitment to high-use jet travelers, fixed-rates on light and mid-size jets for the first time and additional offices. The news follows a record forty percent growth in new program sales, a forty-eight percent spike in charter-brokerage business and the completion of XOJET's 200,000th flight.
"Over the last four years we have made a significant investment in developing a robust retail enterprise to provide bespoke advice and service to private aviation flyers," said Brad Stewart, Chairman and CEO of XOJET. "With a modern suite of membership products, more offices, and an expanded retail team, we can better cater to frequent flyers while still serving occasional travelers. In 2016, eighty percent of our revenue was generated from client accounts that spent over $100,000 per year."
XOJET Access Solutions comprises three membership programs, each with a one-time initiation fee and recurring monthly service fees.
- The new XOJET Select Access entry-level program is designed for occasional flyers and offers a two-percent reward on flights booked on the XOJET fleet with a refundable deposit of $50,000.
- The flagship XOJET Preferred Access caters to frequent flyers with more than 25 hours of annual flying needs and comes with a four-percent reward on trips booked on the XOJET fleet with a refundable $100,000 deposit.
- The fixed-rate XOJET Elite Access offers guaranteed hourly rates on light, mid-size and super mid-size jets. This marks the first time XOJET is offering light and mid-size jets at fixed-rates. Elite Access is designed to compete with fractional and jet cards while meeting the needs of flyers who want a simple hourly rate structure, flexibility, and superior ease of use.
Outside of Access Solutions, the company continues to offer its popular ad-hoc charter and XOJET Enterprise, which offers custom-designed flight solutions that meet the needs of today's enterprises.
All Access Solutions members receive priority fleet access, even on peak days; a dedicated Private Client Services Aviation Advisor; complimentary in-flight Wi-Fi, and the ability to withdraw funds at any time with no fees or penalties. Over the next six months, XOJET will add new strategic partners to provide program clients with more benefits and unique access to some of the world's most distinguished resorts, properties, brands and services. The firm is also developing new digital tools and a mobile app for its clients.
To provide a full spectrum of retail services to today's modern travelers, XOJET expanded its preferred partner network to 1,200 approved aircraft. "By augmenting our super mid-size fleet with light, mid-size and large-cabin aircraft, we are now the leading charter brokerage firm in the industry," noted Stewart.
The firm also expanded its retail staff to a team of 70 client service professionals operating out of offices in NYC, Los Angeles, and San Francisco. "Already eighty percent of flights on XOJET's owned fleet, which includes the Citation X with top speed Mach 0.92 and the popular Challenger 300, are generated by our retail team," said Stewart. The company will open XOJET Palm Beach in August of this year.
"Of the 200,000 flights XOJET has completed over the past decade, fifty percent occurred in the last four years, indicating a sharp rise in private jet transport and the popularity of on-demand travel," noted Stewart. "It also pointed us in the direction of developing XOJET Access Solutions to effectively serve more and different types of private jet users with varying needs." XOJET now services 7,000+ clients worldwide.
