MIAMI, FLA – Cruise Barbados welcomed the start of its much anticipated 2023 to 2024 cruise season with the arrival of Carnival Cruise Line’s Carnival Venezia on Saturday, October 10. This momentous inaugural arrival marks the commencement of an extraordinary season, promising unmatched experiences for travelers seeking unforgettable adventures. As a record-breaking season for the destination unfolds, Barbados is set to host an unprecedented 18 inaugural arrivals and serve as the homeport for an impressive 217 ships, solidifying its reputation as a premier cruise destination. Additionally, with more than 25 cruise lines now calling on the destination, Barbados anticipates welcoming an unprecedented number of cruise passengers, totaling over 700,000 from October 2023 to April 2024.
