The study focused on analyzing the top-rated hotels in the United States, utilizing data from Google Maps reviews for prominent hotel chains, including Best Western Hotels, Marriott, Hyatt, Holiday Inn, and Hilton.

The in-depth and independent study aimed to provide valuable insights into the preferences of travelers when staying at some of the most popular hotels in the country. Reputation House conducted a thorough examination, considering crucial factors such as Atmosphere, Cleanliness, Customer Entertainment, Location, Meals, Price, and Quality of Service.

The hotels reviewed:
1. Best Western International, Inc.
2. Hilton Hotels & Resorts
3. Hyatt Hotels Corporation
4. Marriott Hotels & Resorts
5. Holiday Inn.

Key highlights from the study include a comprehensive analysis of user feedback on Google Maps, showing the distribution of reviews across all 50 states. Reputation House also identified hotels with the best and worst online reputation within each chain.

Also, Best Western International hotels were the most discussed among online users.
