The deal is scheduled to be finalized in the first half of 2016 and is subject to the usual conditions
The hotel will have a gross floor area of 12,382 sq m, including underground parking.
Primary cities targeted include Amsterdam, Barcelona, Brussels, Berlin, Geneva, Hamburg, Frankfurt, London, Madrid, Milan, Munich, Paris, Rome, Vienna and Zurich.
