Travel Compositor launches “AI Trips”

Launch of first ever bookable, complete trips produced by artificial intelligence based on inspirational searches.

B2B tech provider Travel Compositor launches ‘AI Trips’: the world’s first ever AI-powered booking engine to generate a 100% bookable complete package, including in-destination experiences, in a single flow from the inspiration search to payment.

At an event held in Cancun on June 14TH, the European B2B technology company for retail travel agents and tour operators Travel Compositor, part of the holding company Travel Soft, has announced the launch of a revolutionary travel booking engine, designed to transform the travel planning and booking experience by using cutting-edge artificial intelligence technology.

The booking engine, called ‘AI Trips’, starts with a single inspirational question from the user such as “I want to take a trip on Route 66 between Chicago and Los Angeles”.

From there the system will propose suggestions, take users through choices / selections, and reserve the desired trip including flights and hotel plus in-destination experiences or services like car rental.

The tool is based on artificial intelligence, automatic learning, exclusive processes of transformation of text into travel proposals and a dozen different flows during the reservation depending on the chosen trip.

The platform, which uses 12 different technologies, has been developed by a team of experts in AI, UX and Travel, who have dedicated tireless efforts to create an innovative and user-oriented solution.

“We are thrilled to introduce AI Trips to the market. With this platform, we’ve made an even more significant breakthrough in the way travel agents plan and book their trips. Not only do we save time and effort for professionals and travelers themselves, but we will also provide them with personalized experiences that adapt to their preferences and budget,” said Manuel Aragonés, CEO of Travel Compositor.

The engine will continue to evolve like all Travel Compositor products – where currently they have millions of previously booked iternaries – and will learn from user preferences and feedback, ensuring that recommendations are increasingly more accurate and relevant.

From mid-July AI Trips will be available to all Travel Compositor’s B2B customers – including retail travel agents, tour operators and online travel sellers – who subscribe to the service for a to be confirmed monthly amount in the hundreds of euros, and contains hundreds of XML connections of more than 12 different categories of tourism, travel and leisure products.
