WESTLAKE VILLAGE, CA – Pleasant Holidays and its luxury brand, Journese, announced that 100 percent of their inbound sales agents have completed the Los Cabos Specialist training, an unprecedented achievement among tour operators. All 140-plus Pleasant Holidays reservations agents, customer service representatives and groups agents and Journese destination specialists are now certified Los Cabos Specialists, armed with the expertise to recommend the best this destination has to offer.

Offered as a convenient, 90-minute online course by the Los Cabos Tourism Board, the Los Cabos Specialist training program provides participants with a wealth of knowledge about this popular vacation destination at the southern tip of Mexico’s Baja California peninsula, which lies between the Pacific Ocean and the rich waters of the Sea of Cortez. Popular activities include snorkeling, deep-sea fishing, horseback riding along the beach, hiking the nearby mountains, ziplining, art tours, fine dining and golf at 18 championship courses.
The training course consists of three modules, the first introducing the destination and its attractions, the second covering places to stay and things to do, and the third offering trip ideas for various styles of travelers. The Los Cabos Specialist program also offers Travel Advisors loyalty rewards, sales and marketing resources, a B2B Marketplace to connect with suppliers and access to useful information about the Los Cabos region.
