Travel professionals across the globe are responding to the demand for city apartments, with Paris apartment enquiries coming in strong from US-based travel agents and interest for New York apartments from the UAE, UK and France-based agents.
Following a busy summer rental season, IAVRA.com has seen a surge in Christmas and New Year’s chalets enquiries, with Megeve and Zermatt ski resorts proving to be the most popular with IAVRA travel agents. Travel professionals across the globe are also responding to the demand for city apartments, with Paris apartment enquiries coming in strong from US-based travel agents and interest for New York apartments from the UAE, UK and France-based agents.

In response to villa and city apartment enquiries for Brazil’s FIFA World Cup for June/July 2014, a South American marketing mailout is the most recent addition to the tools available to IAVRA agents. It showcases 8 awe-inspiring properties across Colombia, Argentina, Uruguay and Brazil. And with the games taking place in cities across Brazil, IAVRA is looking to find property rentals in some of the key destinations. Rio de Janeiro is hosting the final match and therefore it is already seeing the majority of interest from agents searching for accommodation for their clients. However, with Sao Paolo hosting the opening match, IAVRA is actively seeking professionally managed properties in Brazil’s largest city as well.
