New data released by TripAdvisor-owned holidaylettings.co.uk reveals that Carnforth received the greatest number of bookings per property, followed closely by Newcastle-upon-Tyne, Brighton, and 17 other holiday spots.
Rising cities, seaside resorts, and quiet market towns were among the UK destinations with the highest demand per home in 2016, according to www.holidaylettings.co.uk.
New data released by TripAdvisor-owned holidaylettings.co.uk reveals that Carnforth received the greatest number of bookings per property, followed closely by Newcastle-upon-Tyne, Brighton, and 17 other holiday spots.
Saskia Welman, spokesperson for holidaylettings.co.uk, said that the wide range of places on the list shows that travellers are discovering how convenient and affordable renting a home can be, whatever their destination.
“The diversity of this list demonstrates the growing popularity of holiday rentals – not just in urban areas, but in a variety of places, all across the country,” Saskia said. “It’s proof that you don’t have to live in a penthouse suite in central London to make money letting out your home.”
