National Tour Association partners with Travel Relations

The partnership enables NTA members to get complimentary access during April and May to taCONNECT.

LEXINGTON, KY. – The National Tour Association announced a strategic partnership with Travel Relations LLC, a travel technology company with a turnkey solution, known as taCONNECT, for NTA members that will automatically maintain and enhance their travel agent and meeting planner databases.

When NTA members log in to taCONNECT and upload their lists of travel agent and meeting planner contacts, they are connected to a live data feed that immediately updates and enhances those lists.

The partnership enables NTA members to get complimentary access during April and May to taCONNECT. Following the free-access period, NTA members will get a 50 percent discount on the $250 monthly subscription rate.

“Once a member completes a simple set-up, taCONNECT begins to add sales and marketing intelligence, defining who their contacts are and what they buy,” said Scott Whitley, co-founder of Travel Relations. “Members can search based on multiple enhanced data points and send mass personalized promotional emails through the platform. Plus they can use it as a full CRM solution.”

NTA President Pam Inman said with current and more complete data, NTA members can connect with the right travel agents and meeting planners. “The information in these databases changes constantly, as agents and planners move or alter the types of travel and meetings they specialize in,” she said. “Our members can use taCONNECT to find new prospects and send offers directly to them.”

NTA members can learn how taCONNECT works by viewing an NTA-specific video. Whitley said business development managers will be especially interested in his product.

“In addition to giving NTA members a high-quality data-rich database, taCONNECT can also add the right type of new leads that can put more heads in beds,” he said. “We know how hard it is to maintain a travel agent or MICE database and communication plan. That’s why taCONNECT is a perfect turnkey solution, allowing NTA members to focus more on sales, marketing and business relationships.
