First Lufthansa Group-wide entry-level program focusing on part-time job seekers with professional experience. Program starts in November 2024.
The Lufthansa Group is launching a new part-time program in the divisions Finance and IT in November 2024. With the PartTimePro program, the Lufthansa Group aims to attract new employees and meet the needs of today’s job environment. The focus is on experienced professionals who would like to work part-time.
Participants in the program are free to choose their own working time model of between 70 and 80 percent. The model provides a wide range of offers and program content that support personal development and opens up interesting prospects.
The one-year program is the kick-off for a permanent employment relationship within the Lufthansa Group. This orientation phase is designed to enable participants to successfully integrate into the Lufthansa Group and familiarise themselves with the company in all its diversity. During this time, participants have the opportunity to familiarise themselves with up to three different departments. Throughout the program, the Lufthansa Group supports participants with individual coaching, mentoring, special training and intensive program support.
The application phase for Lufthansa Group PartTimePro starts immediately and ends on 1 May 2024.
