Air Serbia

Assessment days in four cities.

As part of elaborate preparations for the upcoming summer season, during which further growth in business activities is expected, Air Serbia has launched a large-scale recruitment drive for new cabin crew members for its base in Belgrade. To reach as many quality candidates as possible across Serbia, the Serbian national airline will organize assessment days in as many as four cities. The candidates will be able to showcase their knowledge and skills in Čačak on 23 February, Novi Sad on 27 February, Kragujevac on 29 February, and Niš on 1 March 2024. Applications for testing can be submitted quickly and easily via the Air Serbia website.

“The summer season in the aviation industry is about to begin. Hence, the number of flights operated by our company significantly increases. In our desire to adequately respond to market needs and offer our passengers even more opportunities, we are actively working on various improvements. Part of these activities is the upcoming recruitment drive for cabin crew members at Air Serbia. Our colleagues who work in that team are ambassadors of the company in a way and the hosts on every flight, contributing to a positive passenger experience with their dedication. In the upcoming recruitment drives, in four cities across Serbia, we will try to find dozens of candidates, with or without experience in aviation, who want to start their careers in one of the fastest-growing airlines in Europe. We are confident that there will be great interest and that among the applicants, we will find those strongly motivated to fly with us to great career and other heights,” said Milica Netković, GM People and Performance at Air Serbia.

All citizens of the Republic of Serbia who have reached the age of 18 at the time of application, hold at least a high school diploma and are fluent in spoken and written English, can apply. The submission deadline is 24 hours before the testing in Čačak, Novi Sad, Kragujevac, and Niš. After the initial selection, candidates who make it to the shortlist will be invited for testing. The most successful candidates, ready to start working from the Air Serbia base in Belgrade, will have the employment opportunity.

Air Serbia is considering the possibility of conducting similar assessment days in the coming period in certain cities in the neighbouring countries, as there is considerable interest in working for the Serbian national airline even beyond the borders of Serbia.
