Puerto Vallarta Airport with new route to Las Vegas

The new route will be operated with an Embraer E175 aircraft with a capacity of 76 passengers and will have a duration of 3 hours 30 minutes. In addition, it will have 4frequencies per week; Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday, with an average capacity of 1,216 monthly seats.

NUEVO NAYARIT – The Puerto Vallarta International Airport continues to grow in international connections, through a new route to Las Vegas operated by Alaska Airlines.

The Airport Director, Cryshtian Amador Lizardi, celebrated the opening of this connection: “This route is of great relevance to our region, as it allows us to create a bridge with this important American tourist destination and represents an additional incentive in the growth of our passenger traffic, which has increased by 10% so far this year compared to the same period in 2022.”

The inaugural event was attended by Juan Enrique Suárez del Real Tostado, Secretary of Tourism of the State of Nayarit, Luis Villaseñor Nolasco, Director of the Public Trust for the Promotion and Tourism Advertising of the Municipality of Puerto Vallarta, Cryshtian Amador Lizardi, Director of the Puerto Vallarta Airport, and Miguel Arreola, Station Manager of Alaska Airlines.

“We are more than excited about this new direct flight that connects Las Vegas with the Airport that also serves the Riviera Nayarit area and the state of Nayarit in general,” said Juan Enrique Suárez del Real Tostado, Secretary of Tourism of the state of Nayarit. “Nayarit is Mexico’s luxury destination, as well as a privileged place to enjoy a good vacation or to hold meetings and events. So we invite the locals and visitors of this great city to visit our wonderful coasts and, in true Las Vegas style, go from gaming to enjoying our beaches, our outdoor adventures, our exquisite cuisine, and the mystique of our Magical Towns. We know that our tourist offer will be an option you cannot miss.”
