Sabre Holdings and American Airlines, a founding member of the global oneworld Alliance, they have come to terms on a new five-year distribution agreement. The agreement establishes Sabre Travel Network’s Efficient Access Solution as a competitive distribution channel for American Airlines ticket sales.

American becomes one of Sabre’s Efficient Access Solution carriers, providing travel agencies who participate in the program the ability to shop, price and book travel on American Airlines without incurring a booking source premium charge. The agreement provides for full American Airlines content in the Sabre GDS’s Efficient Access Solution program with no booking source premium charged by the airline for agencies participating in the program.
