In accordance with the carrier’s announcement, the first flight to Aqaba will take place on 13 December 2023 (Wednesday). The route will be available twice a week: on Wednesdays and Sundays. From 1 April to 6 May 2024, the route will be handled on Mondays and Fridays.

The day after the launch of flights to Jordan, i.e. on 14 December 2023 (Thursday), Wizz Air will launch flights connecting Katowice Airport and Brussels-Charleroi in Belgium.

“For nearly 20 years now, Katowice Airport and Wizz Air have enjoyed a good relationship. We are glad that our business partner is continuously interested in the development of its network at its base at Katowice Airport.
