A new urban retreat coming to Honolulu’s revitalized city center, AC Hotel by Marriott Honolulu, set to open December 12, 2023. The first AC hotel on the island of Oahu and one of the first business-traveler-driven concepts in the area, AC Hotel Honolulu is a 112-room boutique hotel located in the heart of Honolulu’s business district. Set near Oahu’s Chinatown, this new hotel has easy access to the vibrant nightlife, art, and a budding restaurant scene. The new, modern hotel will feature a robust food and beverage program with a hidden speakeasy and signature elements of the AC Hotel brand – thoughtfully designed accommodations, curated public spaces, and intuitive technology.
Set amongst the skyscrapers of Hawaii’s capital city and adjacent to important landmarks like the ʻIolani Palace and the King Kamehameha statue, AC Hotel Honolulu offers modern travelers a seamless experience for creativity to flourish. Carefully imagined guest rooms maximize space and openness; amenities include Lather bath products, DIY lavender turndown kits, and hydration stations on each floor.
AC Hotel Honolulu is a canvas for meetings and events of all sizes with public gathering spaces including the AC Lobby, AC Library, and AC Lounge, along with 2,500 square feet of dedicated indoor and outdoor meeting and event venues. Public spaces, drenched in natural light, evoke a particular sophistication with sleek furnishings and curated artwork for gathering and coworking between guests and locals alike.
AC Kitchen offers fresh, European-inspired cuisine each morning. A tapas menu with light bites, craft beers, signature cocktails, and wines will be featured at AC Lounge, a communal area that doubles as a coworking or meeting space. For a unique experience, Yours Truly, a hidden speakeasy set within an old post office (earning its name from the classic letter sign off), will offer hand-crafted cocktails in a secret space.
