AC Hotel MIami Dadeland launches new concierge program in partnership with Macy’s

South Miami’s fashion-forward Hotel invites guests to ‘Live the Macy’s experience’ with exclusive access to luxury amenities, special perks, and more.

MIAMI, FL. – AC Hotel Miami Dadeland, South Miami’s recently opened fashion-forward hotel ideally located next to the iconic Dadeland Mall, announce its partnership with Macy’s inside Dadeland Mall with the launch of its new Concierge Program. Hotel guests of the AC property will now be able to enjoy exclusive perks including online ordering and same day delivery to their hotel room from the Macy’s Dadeland store location.

“The launch of this partnership with Macy’s allows us to raise the bar in terms of guest experience at the AC Hotel Miami Dadeland,” says Adriana Vellojin, General Manager of AC Hotel Miami Dadeland.  “It’s important to provide our guests with incomparable service and access to luxurious amenities that they wouldn’t be able to find anywhere else in Miami, and we look forward to sharing our relentless commitment to personal, anticipatory service as well as providing our hotel guests with truly unforgettable experiences,” adds Vellojin. 

The Concierge Program is made available at check-in. Guests can simply go online at www.macys.com and select the Macy’s Dadeland store where they can instantly begin their shopping experience at various retailers.  Once the order has been placed, a delivery will be scheduled directly to the guest room that same day.  The Concierge Program has two deliveries per day.  Orders placed in the evening will be delivered the following day by 11 AM, and orders placed in the day by 2 PM, will be delivered to the hotel by 5 PM, making this an excellent amenity for business travelers and executives in need of a last minute outfit for a meeting, or to pamper themselves in general.  

Additional perks of the Macy’s partnership include personalized shoppers, stylists, makeovers, wedding registry and consultations, and fragrance sampling with a trained Macy’s representative.
