ARCOTEL Hotels partners with GIATA to improve quality of their online presence

By integrating GIATA’s centralised system – GIATA DRIVE – specifically designed for distributing content accurately yet quickly, ARCOTEL will be able to update any changes concerning their content and services effortlessly without having contact each sales channel individually.

BERLIN – GIATA, a global provider of hotel content distribution solutions announced partnership with ARCOTEL Hotels – which is currently positioned in the business and city hotel sector with 11 hotels in Austria and Germany. This tie-up will allow ARCOTEL to leverage GIATA DRIVE as the central platform to distribute and showcase latest information about their properties everywhere.

By integrating GIATA’s centralised system – GIATA DRIVE – specifically designed for distributing content accurately yet quickly, ARCOTEL will be able to update any changes concerning their content and services effortlessly without having contact each sales channel individually. Thereby, all guests will have a fast and easy way to check their most up-to-date pictures, service or opening hours, and much more.

"We were looking for an all-in-one solution to handle the organization and regular updating of images and descriptions from one place. GIATA DRIVE automates the distribution of our content to all OTAs and wholesalers, saving us valuable time and increasing bookings over time." says Jovan Savic, Head of e-Commerce & Online-Marketing at ACROTEL Hotels. "We can now sit back, let GIATA DRIVE do its job, and focus on other important things.”

"High-quality, relevant and reliable hotel information are becoming increasingly important to how travelers discover, find, and make the booking decisions,” says Rainer Schaefer, VP Sales, at GIATA GmbH. "GIATA’s premium content solution streamlines the process of managing and publishing content on every travel website for ACROTEL. In addition, it enables them to take control over how their properties look on thousands of channels. We are looking forward to a long and successful partnership with ACROTEL Hotels.”
