New building features two popular Marriott International brands under one roof.
ST. LOUIS – Marriott International, Inc. announced that a combined 110-room Courtyard by Marriott hotel and 101-suite Residence Inn by Marriott hotel in St. Louis, Missouri opened last Friday, October 26, 2018. Located at 12815 Daylight Drive, the Courtyard St. Louis West County and Residence Inn hotels were developed and are owned by the Roberts families, who have owned the former quarry property for more than 25 years. The hotels will be managed by Midas Hospitality of St. Louis, Missouri. General Manager Jim Will leads the management at both hotels for Midas Hospitality.
Located in West County, 14 miles from St. Louis Lambert International Airport and 20 minutes from downtown St. Louis, the dual-brand property offers convenient access to the West County Mall, The Magic House – St. Louis Children’s Museum, the National Museum of Transportation and the St. Louis Galleria Mall. The property is also nearby to the Gateway Arch, the St. Louis Zoo, Hollywood Casino and the Anheuser-Busch Brewery.
