Holiday Inn Hotel debuts in Vail, Colorado

InterContinental Hotels Group announced that the newly renovated 115-room Holiday Inn Hotel and Suites-Apex Vail

InterContinental Hotels Group announced that the newly renovated 115-room Holiday Inn Hotel and Suites-Apex Vail , recently opened, representing another addition to the mid-scale brand`s portfolio of full-service hotels.

The Holiday Inn Hotel and Suites-Apex Vail is owned by Vanquish Vail and managed by Bharat Bhakta, under a license agreement with a company in the InterContinental Hotels Group.

Holiday Inn hotels are specifically designed for business and family-oriented leisure travelers in need of a full-service lodging experience, and this property fits well within that offering,” said Mark Snyder, senior vice president, Brand Management, Holiday Inn Hotels and Resorts. “Development in the Vail area is key in expanding our Holiday Inn consumer base and growing a strong presence in one of America`s most popular tourist destinations.”

Situated in Vail, the newly renovated 85,000 sq.-ft. hotel boasts all-new décor throughout the lobby and guestrooms. The property is just minutes from both Beaver Creek Ski Resort and Vail Ski Resort, the top ski resort in America.

The Holiday Inn Hotel and Suites-Apex Vail offers a variety of amenities such as complimentary parking, a hot tub, a fitness center with steam room, babysitting, express check-out, a concierge desk, ski lockers, an outdoor pool and free shuttle service to and from ski resorts during the winter.

The hotel`s dining facility Nozawa`s features the Holiday Inn Best-4-Breakfast? menu and casual sushi and Asian cuisine in the evening. Guests can also enjoy the hotel`s other two restaurants for lunch or dinner: West Side Café, offering American cuisine, and Bull Crabs, offering steak and seafood. With nearly 4000-sq. ft. of function space, the hotel is available for business meetings and banquets.

Standard Holiday Inn guestroom accommodations feature comfortable double, queen or king-sized beds, a sitting area with a lounge chair, cable television, hairdryer, coffee maker, iron and ironing board. For the business traveler, guestrooms provide a work desk and ergonomic chair, data ports, complimentary USA Today newspapers, and in-room check-out capabilities. High speed Internet access is also available.
