InterContinental Hotels Group announced that the tenth Hotel Indigo has opened in Nashville, Tenn. Situated just one mile from downtown Nashville, the 139-room conversion property is the first Hotel Indigo to open in Tennessee.
“Nashville is a creative and welcoming city, with a history rich in the performing arts, from world-famous country music to jazz, blues and rock,” said Jim Anhut, senior vice president, brand management, Hotel Indigo. “We’re excited to be bringing this hotel to a city just as unique as the Hotel Indigo brand.”
The Hotel Indigo Nashville West End is owned by 1719 West End Holdings, LLC, and managed by Wesley Hotels & Resorts, under a license agreement with a company in the InterContinental Hotels Group.
“Formerly an office tower known as Midtown Plaza, we are extremely pleased with the end result as a Hotel Indigo,” said Wayne W. McAteer, Chairman and CEO for Wesley Hotels & Resorts. “As a unique branded boutique hotel, we know our guests will enjoy the distinctive experience they look for when visiting Music City," he said.
