The Hilton Chicago Hotel will be the site of the first Cendant Leisure Real Estate Developers Forum, October 24-26, 2005. The forum will feature leading researchers and luxury real estate experts addressing the latest topics on fractional real estate and condo-hotels.
The featured keynote speaker will be leading real estate expert George Ross, executive vice president and senior counsel for The Trump Organization and co-star of The Apprentice television series. Greg Cory, senior vice president of Economics Research Associates, will present research on the boom in condo-hotel properties and David Bansmer of The Registry Collection will share information prepared by Ragatz Associates on the leisure real estate fractional market.
Other speakers will discuss a range of fractional real estate and condo hotel related topics including resort development, financing, securities law, legal issues, industry growth and condo hotel and fractional development case studies.
