45 Times Square will be the next international opening of Only YOU Hotels, Palladium Hotel Group’s premium lifestyle brand. The hotel, property of the company Ferrado Hotels, will open its doors next month in June.
MADRID – In the heart of Manhattan, situated just a few meters away from Times Square is the new 45 Times Square Hotel. Property of the company, Ferrado Hotel, owned by the Rosp Corunna Group, a family office of Sandra Ortega, will be managed by Palladium Hotel Group when it debuts in June, 2023. 45 Times Square Hotel is the temporary brand that has chosen Palladium Hotel Group to manage the property until its conversion into an Only YOU Hotel, a premium-lifestyle brand with which the hotel brand places itself in urban destinations.
The property embodies the characteristics of the New York City lifestyle and aesthetic with 139 rooms. Located in a prime location, it offers its guests the opportunity to make the skyscraper filled city their own. Under the slogan, “Enjoying every NYC minute”, they will surprise even the most curious and restless traveler.
