Pierre & Vacances Group has added two new properties to its portfolio

The group has bought Arc 1950, with 655 apartments, and the Flaine Montsoleil resort, with 138, in the Savoie and Haute-Savoie regions of France respectively. The addition of the two will significantly enhance P&V’s Premium Alpine product range, it said, which includes properties currently operated under the Residences MGM and Pierre & Vacances brands.

The acquisitions are scheduled to complete on 1 October.

P&V‘s Europe division owns five brands Pierre & Vacances, Maeva, Residences MGM, Latitudes Hotels and Adagio City Aparthotel. Parent Company Pierre & Vacances Group owns Center Parcs Europe.
