PRCO appointed as UK Public Relations representatives for Hard Rock International

Rock Royalty is Hard Rock’s club lounge room product, offering guests an elevated experience including discounted or complimentary tickets to concerts, priority access for events, and extra perks to their room, such as Rock Spa amenities and an upgraded bath.

PRCO is thrilled to announce their appointment as the UK Public Relations representatives for Hard Rock International, encompassing their growing global portfolio of 23 hotels and 10 casinos.

With presence in more than 74 countries across the globe, Hard Rock International is expanding its hotel and casino portfolio with the recent announcement of Hard Rock Hotel Davos in the Swiss Alps, set to open in December 2017, as well as its first London property due to open its doors in 2019. Transforming the 130-year-old building, which houses the recently renovated Spenglers Hotel Davos with a new spa and soft design touches, Hard Rock Hotel Davos will give tribute to the building’s rich history by honouring Dr. Alexander Spengler and Willem Jan Holsboer – both pioneers in their respective fields.

Through music appreciation and an imaginative environment, Hard Rock Hotels & Casinos delivers experiences for the varied aspects of life – work, play and personal sanctuary. PRCO’s efforts will focus on increasing the brand’s awareness in the UK market, focusing on the brand’s ambitious European expansion plans and signature initiatives and amenities, including:

The Sound of Your Stay music amenity program encompasses WAX, PICKS and TRACKS. WAX, allows guests to set the mood with a complimentary Crosley turntable and curated collection of iconic records chosen by Hard Rock’s team of music experts. PICKS allows guests access to one of 20 premium Fender electric guitars delivered to their room along with headphones and an amp, and TRACKS is a custom playlist individually created for each destination.

Rock Royalty is Hard Rock’s club lounge room product, offering guests an elevated experience including discounted or complimentary tickets to concerts, priority access for events, and extra perks to their room, such as Rock Spa amenities and an upgraded bath.

Hard Rock Rewards, the brand’s guest loyalty programme, allows guests to accumulate reward points to use towards complimentary nights at participating Hard Rock properties and exclusive rewards to use at participating Hard Rock Cafes and Rock Shops.

Hard Rock’s wellness offering, which includes Body Rock workout facilities and Rock Spa, complete with the music-infused Rhythm & Motion spa menu, will also be a key area of focus for PRCO, in addition to Hard Rock Roxity Kids Club, the brand’s children’s programme.  Designed for children between ages 4 to 9, a great variety of activities, games, workshops and competitions are on offer including a Rock Talent Show.
