The all-suite Residence Inn Shreveport-Bossier City Downtown will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned by Kalthia Group Hotels, managed by Dimension Development Company and under the leadership of General Manager Gary Theus and Director of Sales Jennifer Boone.
Conveniently located off Interstate-20 in the up and coming downtown Bossier City district, the hotel offers its guests convenient access to the Horseshoe Casino, the Louisiana Boardwalk, the Shreveport Convention Center, the CenturyLink Center, Independence Stadium and Barksdale Air Force Base. Rates vary depending on length of stay.
