Sabbia Beach now taking contracts

POMPANO BEACH, FLA. – Sabbia Beach, the first ultra-luxury “toes-in-the-sand” residential development in Pompano Beach in almost a decade, is now taking contracts. This major milestone of converting reservations into contracts comes just months before the development’s groundbreaking, which will take place in first quarter 2016. Sabbia Beach is located at 730 N Ocean Blvd, Pompano Beach, FL 33062.  

The project’s sales model follows a 35 percent deposit structure, which entails putting down a 20 percent deposit at contract and 15 percent deposit at groundbreaking.

With 68 residences, Sabbia Beach, designed by renowned Miami firm Arquitectonica, presents a lifestyle not merely on the ocean, but of the ocean, and is situated on 200 linear feet of pristine South Florida shoreline. The boutique development offers resort-style amenities including an exotic, oceanside ultra-contemporary heated pool, state-of-the-art fitness center that overlooks the Atlantic Ocean, spa with massage treatment rooms and his and hers steam rooms and saunas. The interior design of Sabbia Beach’s social spaces, reflecting an organic, luxurious gentle and timeless feel, is created by the prolific, award-winning designers at Interiors by Steven G.

The building will feature a 3,600-square-foot multi-purpose social room that will include a bar, kitchen, game and poker tables, and large screen TV. The luxury building offers two-, three- and four-bedroom residences priced from the low $900,000s to $3.5 million. Penthouses start at $5 million. Sabbia Beach’s estimated completion is the first quarter of 2018.
