FRANKFURT, GERMANY – From the beginning of next year, the Frankfurt-based Steigenberger Hotel Group will be assuming a pioneering role in the German hotel market by providing guests in all Steigenberger and InterCityHotels with free and unlimited Internet access.
From January 2014, guests at all establishments that make up the Steigenberger Hotels and Resorts and InterCityHotel brands will be able to enjoy the convenience of free Wi-Fi access in their rooms and in the lobby and surf away to their heart’s content via laptop or smart phone. The decision taken by the Frankfurt-based Steigenberger Hotel Group to offer unlimited Internet access free of charge in all public areas and hotel rooms has made it a pioneer on the German hotel market in this regard.
This service represents a reaction to the wishes and enhanced expectation levels of guests, who now list free Wi-Fi as one of the most important criteria when selecting a hotel.
