The Leading Hotels of the World and Life House team up to drive profitability and global recognition for independent luxury hotels

Both companies are actively seeking opportunities in drive-to-leisure and urban core markets within North America. Several new hotels are currently under development.

NEW YORK, NY – The Leading Hotels of the World, and tech-enabled hotel management company, Life House, are teaming up to offer a turnkey solution for independent luxury hotel owners and developers.

Powered by the global luxury hospitality brand of Leading Hotels, the solution pairs the Company’s global infrastructure of sales, marketing, and distribution, with Life House’s best-in-class technology platform that boasts a proprietary Revenue Management and Marketing System (RMMS) and operating platform that automates key back-office functions. Life House will now be a preferred management strategic partner of Leading Hotels. Through this affiliation, hotel owners and real estate developers can drive strong ROI, profitability and brand recognition.

Leading Hotels has a portfolio of more than 400 distinct, luxury properties across 80 countries. The brand delivers premiere sales, marketing, distribution, and other strategic support to empower hotels to stay independent. Life House has 60+ properties open or under development across the US, Puerto Rico, Mexico, and Canada, which includes both independent and Life House branded hotels. The collaboration is fueled by the two entities shared mission to deliver exceptional experiences and services to guests and a superior return on investment to hotel owners and developers. One of Leading Hotels’ historic properties, The Wheatleigh, an expansive, Gilded-Age era resort located in the heart of the Berkshires, has been managed by Life House since 2020.
