TownePlace Suites by Marriott now open in Ames, Iowa

New 89-suite hotel opens its doors welcoming guests to the heart of the Old Town historic district.

AMES, IA – Marriott International’s TownePlace Suites by Marriott Ames, Iowa is now open for business. On average, a TownePlace Suites opens every six days. Built for travelers looking for a simple and friendly place where they can settle-in, keep their routine, and easily connect to the Ames area. The new TownePlace Suites Ames located at 1523 South Dayton Avenue, continues to exemplify the brand’s rapid growth. The new hotel will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned and managed by Hotel Development, Inc.
