Garrison Investment Group partners with TPG Hospitality for long term management of the hotel.
PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Integral to its overall strategic growth plan, TPG Hospitality announced a partnership with Garrison Investment Group for the sale and long term management of the 257-room Sheraton Suites Country Club Plaza Hotel located in Kansas City, Missouri.
“The sale of the Sheraton Suites Country Club Plaza to Garrison underscores TPG’s strategic initiative to build our portfolio of managed assets via partnerships with strong ownership groups like Garrison,” states Paul Sacco, Chief Development Officer of TPG Hospitality. In addition to recently completing other similar transactions, TPG Hospitality has also been highly active with new acquisitions, ground-up developments, renovations & brand repositionings and third party management agreements throughout the US.
