Wayne Pearce joins as Board Director and will also assist with global strategy and planning. Wayne Pearce is an experienced international professional who has spent his career in Aviation and Travel. Most recently part of the successful turnaround at the Thai Airways group, Wayne was previously the CEO of Oman Air and subsequently the Chief Strategy and Planning Officer of Etihad. With an early international career in Qantas, Wayne has also worked in the UK where he led Gold Medal Travel as their Group MD.
Andre Fearon, as their new Partner in their UK London office, joins from The Daily Telegraph where he was Global Contracts Manager for Hotels and Collections working alongside Travel Editorial as well as the Commercial side of Print and Digital. Andre’s aim will be to develop and grow the UK arm of the business with a focus on the Travel and Hospitality sectors.
Fearon said of his recent appointment, “Moving into executive search is a hugely exciting career change for me, I’ll be working within the heart of the Travel and Hospitality for a brand with a global reputation and I look forward to building a close and special relationship with my Travel and Hospitality partners new and old across the international marketplace”.
