MADRID, SPAIN – BEONx, the provider of a total profitability technology platform for hotels, announce the appointment of Ricardo Sereno as its new Pre-Sales Director. In his new role, Ricardo will lead the pre-sales efforts at BEONx, working closely with hoteliers to tailor tech solutions that optimise profitability using the company’s platforms.
As Pre-Sales Director at BEONx, Ricardo will leverage his diverse skill set to craft tailored tech propositions for each client, with the aim of maximising their profitability through the utilisation of BEONx platforms. He will collaborate closely with various departments, including Product Development, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, to ensure that hoteliers receive expert guidance from a seasoned Revenue Manager throughout their journey with BEONx.
With an extensive background in the hospitality industry, Ricardo brings a wealth of experience to his new position. Before joining BEONx, Ricardo held various key roles at prominent Portuguese hotel companies, including Tivoli Hotels (part of Minor Hotels & NH Hotel Group), Vila Galé, SANA, and Altis Hotels. Throughout his career, he has excelled in Revenue Management & Distribution, E-commerce, and Hotel Operations.
In 2020, Ricardo expanded his expertise into Hotel Tech, serving in a Business Development role at XLR8 RMS. Additionally, he gained valuable insights into the Tour Operator/Softbrand sector during his tenure at Hotusa Hotels.
