ROME – Hospitality veteran Elodie Lacroix has been named General Manager of Sofitel Rome Villa Borghese in Rome, Italy. As part of her new role, she is responsible for managing all aspects of the hotel’s operations, including the property’s 78 luxury rooms and suites and unique offerings. With over 17 years in the hospitality industry, Mrs. Lacroix brings a dynamic perspective to the Sofitel Rome Villa Borghese team. As the hotel’s strategic leader, she will work towards exceeding guest expectations through immersive experiences, world-class service, and exclusive amenities. She will begin as general manager at the hotel on May 2.
Elodie Lacroix has held operational and executive leadership roles in luxury properties throughout Europe including Rome Cavalieri, A Waldorf Astoria Hotel; Le Royal Monceau Raffles; and Jumeirah Group. Additionally, she’s held previous leadership roles within Sofitel and parent Accor Hotels. Mrs. Lacroix holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and social sciences and a master’s degree in management.
