PUERTO VALLARTA, MEXICO – Velas Resorts, renowned for its multifaceted approach to catering to the diverse needs of MICE groups, announces the appointment of Susan Hanlon as a Northeast Regional Sales Director under the direction of Cynthia Kunz, the Global Sales Director of Meetings & Incentives. Susan is responsible for managing sales and events in the MICE industry in the Northeast region of the United States. Her territory includes MA, PA, CT, RI, NH, ME, VT, MI, WI and MN.

Hanlon’s career features notable positions, including Director of Operations at Journey Masters and leadership roles at upscale hotels such as Hard Rock and Saddlebrook Resort. Her exceptional insight and proven track record in hotel group sales position her as an instrumental asset in driving Velas Resorts’ presence and service standards offered within the Meetings and Incentives division.
