An expert panel will examine how industry and destinations can collaborate for recovery, how to link efficiency with sustainability, differentiating distribution strategy, elevating sales and marketing, and ‘the death of the front desk’.

“We’re excited to focus on the UK at a time when so much in the hospitality industry and day-to-day life is in flux. The last year has been challenging for all of us, but the UK’s upcoming changes with Brexit and recovery from Covid are a great opportunity to look at how the industry can rebuild and adapt to a new reality,” said Michael Ros, CEO and founder of Bidroom.
