ORANGE COUNTY, CALIF. – Montage International announce the appointment of Liam Doyle as senior vice president, operations. In his new role, Mr. Doyle oversees all aspects of operations for the company’s growing portfolio of properties – including those of Montage Hotels & Resorts, Pendry Hotels & Resorts, and Montage and Pendry Residences across the U.S. and beyond.

Bringing with him more than two decades of hotel management experience, Mr. Doyle joins Montage International from Marriott Luxury, where most recently he served as area vice president of the western region’s collection of luxury brands, overseeing 37 luxury hotels, 20,000 associates, and $1.8 billion in revenue. Previously, he spent two years as area general manager of the same collection, and prior to that, 12 years as a general manager, first at The Shelbourne Dublin, An Autograph Collection Hotel, then at The Ritz-Carlton, Dove Mountain in Marana, Ariz.
Mr. Doyle began his hospitality career in Ireland before earning a scholarship to the U.S. where he had a successful decade with Hilton Hotels in New York and Atlanta. His talent has been repeatedly recognized throughout his career, with honors including the 2014 Ritz-Carlton President’s Award and Western Region General Manager of the Year in 2017.
Mr. Doyle is an original graduate of the T.M.D.P. Hospitality program through Tourism Ireland and holds multiple certificates through Cornell University.
