Abiria.com offers new private jet alternative for business travellers

Online marketplace designed to connect charterers and aircraft operators.

LUXENBURG – Abiria.com which recently launched its online marketplace to connect private jet charterers to aircraft operators, is offering new alternatives for business travellers all over the world.

For business travellers who are frequently travelling last minute, scheduled airlines might not be the cheapest option available anymore. During a recent online search for last minute flight, the fares were a staggering 1.400 euros on average for one person on a return ticket from Frankfurt to London.

A very light jet can do the same itinerary for approximately 5.000 euros – for the entire aircraft. Most VLJs are fitted with 4 seats, which would turn out to be 1.250 euros per seat. Four a team of four executives travelling on this itinerary, the private jet charter would have paid off.

In fact the private jet charter would have had some advantages. It could have taken off at any time requested by the charterers, no waiting time at the airport, complete privacy, and VIP catering.

Using Abiria.com, business (and private) travellers can now ask for quotes and book private jets online. If the find the right offer for the right price, they can confirm a flight online, and be contacted by the aircraft operator to discuss some final details.
