Aloha-Islands renew partnership with the leading representation company in Austria, Germany, Italy, Switzerland and United Kingdom.
The Hawai’i Tourism Authority continues its European market presence through tourism marketing company Aviareps. The Munich-based group has once again won the account for various European countries until 2014. The contracted territories include Austria, Germany, Italy and Switzerland which will be handled by the office in Munich and the team from AviaCircle in London will take care for Hawai’i in United Kingdom. As from 2013, these markets will be joined by Scandinavia.
AVIAREPS has acted as the official representative for Hawai’i for the last eight years in, holding responsibility for all Marketing and Public Relations activities in the markets.
“The cooperation with Aviareps in Western Europe for the past eight years was extremely efficient; the number of arrivals increased by 14.5 %,” states Mike McCarthy, President and CEO of Hawai’i Tourism. “The profound insight and the experience in commercializing the Hawaiian Islands have convinced us that Aviareps will further stimulate Hawaii as an international travel destination and ensure a growth in the tourism sector through arrivals and generated income.”
